  歙县是国家历史文化名城、国家级徽州文化生态保护区,秦朝置县,宋设徽州府,府县同城1400年,是古徽州的政治、经济、文化中心。歙县是徽州文化的发源地,也是徽商、徽菜的主要发源地。是文房四宝之徽墨、歙砚的主要产地,先后被授予“中国徽墨之都”“中国歙砚之乡”“徽剧之乡”“徽文化之乡”“中国牌坊之乡”等荣誉称号。境内的徽州古城与云南丽江、山西平遥、四川阆中并称为中国保存最完好的四大古城,素有“东南邹鲁、徽商故里”“文物之海”“程朱故里”“礼仪之邦”等美称。歙县有徽州古城、新安江山水画廊、棠樾牌坊群、徽州国家森林公园、清凉峰国家级自然保护区、雄村、许村古建筑群等旅游景区点。
  歙县鱼灯,作为徽州文化的重要象征,承载着数百年的历史与乡愁,其独特的艺术魅力和深厚的文化底蕴,使其成为非遗文化中的璀璨明珠。2024年,歙县鱼灯通过线上线下联动,成功实现了从传统民俗到现象级文化IP的蜕变。抖音等新媒体平台的助力,让鱼灯巡游、非遗技艺展示等内容触达亿万观众,成为春节期间的“顶流”盛景。案例成功将传统文化与现代传播手段结合,展现了非遗文化的可持续生命力,同时也证明了传统文化在创新传播中能够焕发新生。

  三、主题诠释:一盏鱼灯,游活一座城;一项非遗,点亮徽州梦。
  四、创意题材:汪满田鱼灯、瞻淇鱼灯、渔梁鱼灯、鱼灯表情包及鱼灯文创衍生品等。
  五、活动地点:安徽·歙县—徽州古城
  一、非遗创意:将歙县鱼灯及歙县非遗、历史人文等地方文化元素转换成具有互动体验功能的装置艺术,以此提高游客对歙县文化传统的深刻认识和理解。以歙县鱼灯为创作素材,采用传统材料和当代艺术相结合的创意方式,营造全新语境的传统非遗文化体验,使游客可以与古城环境、非遗文化及装置作品融为一体。
  二、艺术体验:装置艺术的互动性与文旅性是任何艺术形式无法替代的,以它的功能性体验和多元化创意也是吸引游客的重要因素。每件装置作品都具备全天候呈现的视觉效果,运用透光材质和外部布置灯光的方式打造光影艺术秀,部分作品也可结合本地特色非遗打造声光沉浸剧场。
  三、文化传播:通过装置艺术的视觉冲击力和互动性,歙县传统文化和非遗不仅能被“记忆”,还能被“看见”,更能被“体验”,实现从静态保护到动态传播的跨越。借助活动影响形成独具魅力的歙县文化与当代艺术相结合的创意方式,向社会传达歙县非遗保护和当代创新融合共生的发展理念。
  一、招募对象
  面向全球征集装置艺术创作者,包括但不限于雕塑家、装置艺术家、灯光创意师、多媒体艺术家等。
  二、征集方式
  (一)全球征集:采用全球征集的方式募集创意方案。借助方案征集传播歙县历史文化、旅游资源和非遗民俗、风土人情等。
  (二)名家特邀:为保障募集作品的品质和创意,邀请著名艺术家针对创意题材和要求定向创作装置艺术作品。
  三、方案评选
  (一)作者报名:自愿参与本次活动的艺术家请将个人简历、代表作品及创意概念图或效果图发送至指定邮箱(见联系方式)。
  (二)作品评选:由艺委会成员和活动主承办方组成评审组,对征集所得的全部作品方案进行评选,选出最终入选作品。
  (三)入选通知:入选结果以入选公示及入选通知书为准。
  四、现场采风
  为确保作品与在地文化和环境更加契合,征集结束后,主办方会组织入选艺术家到活动举办地现场进行采风考察,使艺术家更全面地了解当地文化和作品落地环境,根据现场情况调整作品细节、作品规格和安装位置。

  1.个人信息:艺术家简历(包含申请艺术家的姓名、出生年月、性别、国籍、艺术展览及获奖履历)、填写完整的《报名登记表》(电子版文件)和《作者承诺书》(扫描件)。报送材料逾期不予受理。
  2.投稿方式:作品效果图、模型照片、视频形式均可。
  3.图片要求:尺寸指定为A3(297x420mm),横竖构图均可,图片格式为JPG格式,分辨率为300dpi,颜色模式为RGB,单张图片大小5MB左右,像素不低于300dpi。
  4.视频形式:视频以MP4格式提交,时长5分钟以内,标清或高清不限,文件大小须≤100MB。
  5.作品说明:每一件投稿作品需提交作品说明、设计理念(100字之内)。
  六、创作要求
  (一)要求:围绕活动主题、自然环境、在地文化、文旅发展需求提供1-3件(套)创意效果图。作品形式新颖独特,富有互动性、创新性、视觉感染力,具有原创性和唯一性。
  (二)材料:可选择南方方便易得的竹子、木材等材料,也可采用传统布料、丝绸、张拉膜或金属材料。既能确保作品的呈现效果,又能满足长期在室外展示的需求。
  (三)风格:创意方式和风格不限,可以包含雕塑、装置、光影、动态、竹编等艺术等形式,重点在于作品与环境的融合度以及与观众的互动性。
  (四)声明:必须为本人原创作品(不接受以小组为单位的合作方案),AI软件生成的图片不予选用。如涉及著作权纠纷由应征者自行承担责任。
  (五)规格:三维中须有一维尺寸不低于3米,也可根据现场环境调整尺寸大小。
  (六)安全:适合户外长期存放,具有可实施性,并能避免公共场所安全隐患。
  七、作品数量
  入选作品:10件(组)放大落地实施。
  入围作品:20件(组)方案图片或小稿展出。
  八、创意报酬
  入选作品:4万元/件(税前)。
  入围作品:颁发荣誉证书。
  模型费用:以上奖金均含雕塑定稿小样制作费,作品及小稿模型由主办方永久收藏,并获得主办方颁发的作品收藏证书。

  【Overview of Shexian】
  Shexian County is a national historical and cultural city and a national-level Huizhou cultural ecological protection area.Established as a county during the Qin Dynasty and later serving as the seat of Huizhou Prefecture during the Song Dynasty,it shared the same urban space as the prefecture for 1,400 years,making it the political,economic,and cultural center of ancient Huizhou.Shexian is the birthplace of Huizhou culture,as well as the primary origin of Huizhou merchants and Huizhou cuisine.It is also the main production area of Hui inksticks and She inkstones,key components of the Four Treasures of the Study.Shexian has been honored with titles such as"Capital of Hui Inksticks in China,""Hometown of She Inkstones in China,""Hometown of Huizhou Opera,""Hometown of Huizhou Culture,"and"Hometown of Chinese Memorial Archways."The ancient city of Huizhou within Shexian is renowned as one of China's four best-preserved ancient cities,alongside Lijiang in Yunnan,Pingyao in Shanxi,and Langzhong in Sichuan.It is often celebrated as the"Southeast Zou-Lu,Hometown of Huizhou Merchants,""Sea of Cultural Relics,""Hometown of Cheng Hao and Zhu Xi,"and"Land of Etiquette."Key tourist attractions in Shexian include the ancient city of Huizhou,the Xin'an River Landscape Gallery,the Tangyue Memorial Archways,Huizhou National Forest Park,Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve,Xiong Village,and the ancient architectural complex of Xu Village.
  【Shexian Fish Lantern】
  The Shexian fish lantern,an important symbol of Huizhou culture,carries centuries of history and nostalgia.Its unique artistic charm and profound cultural significance make it a shining gem among intangible cultural heritage.In 2024,through integrated online and offline efforts,the Shexian fish lantern successfully transformed from a traditional folk custom into a cultural phenomenon and IP.With the support of new media platforms such as Douyin,activities like fish lantern parades and intangible heritage skill demonstrations reached hundreds of millions of viewers,becoming a top-tier spectacle during the Spring Festival.This case exemplifies the successful integration of traditional culture with modern communication methods,showcasing the sustainable vitality of intangible cultural heritage.It also demonstrates how traditional culture can rejuvenate itself through innovative dissemination.

  【Event Concept】
  I.Intangible Heritage Creativity:Transform Shexian fish lanterns,along with Shexian’s intangible cultural heritage,historical,and cultural elements into interactive installation art to enhance visitors’deep understanding of Shexian’s cultural traditions.Using Shexian fish lanterns as creative material,traditional materials will be combined with contemporary artistic approaches to create a new context for experiencing traditional intangible cultural heritage.This will allow visitors to immerse themselves in the ancient city’s environment,intangible culture,and installation artworks.
  II.Artistic Experience:The interactivity and cultural-tourism appeal of installation art are irreplaceable by any other art form.Its functional experience and diverse creativity are key factors in attracting visitors.Each installation piece will feature all-day visual effects,utilizing light-transmitting materials and external lighting arrangements to create a light-and-shadow art show.Some works may also integrate local intangible heritage features to develop immersive sound-and-light theaters.
  III.Cultural Dissemination:Through the visual impact and interactivity of installation art,Shexian’s traditional culture and intangible heritage can not only be“remembered”but also“seen”and“experienced,”achieving a shift from static preservation to dynamic dissemination.By leveraging the event’s influence,a creative approach combining Shexian’s unique culture with contemporary art will be formed,conveying to the public the development philosophy of integrating intangible heritage preservation with contemporary innovation.
  【Submission Guidelines】
  I.Target Participants
  Open to installation art creators worldwide,including but not limited to sculptors,installation artists,lighting designers,and multimedia artists.
  II.Submission Methods
  (1)Global Open Call:Creative proposals will be collected through a global open call.The call aims to promote Shexian’s traditional culture,tourism resources,and local customs.
  (2)Invited Renowned Artists:To ensure the quality and creativity of the works,renowned artists will be invited to create installation artworks based on specific themes and requirements.
  III.Proposal Selection
  (1)Artist Registration:Artists willing to participate should submit their resumes,representative works,and conceptual sketches or renderings to the designated email address(see contact information).
  (2)Work Selection:A review panel consisting of art committee members and event organizers will evaluate all submitted proposals to select the final works.
  (3)Notification of Selection:The final selection results will be announced publicly,and formal notification letters will be issued to selected participants.
  IV.Field Visit
  To ensure the artworks better align with the local culture and environment,after the collection period ends,the organizing committee will arrange a field visit for selected artists to the event location.This will allow the artists to gain a comprehensive understanding of the local culture and the actual installation setting.Based on the on-site observations,they can refine the details of their artworks,adjust specifications,and determine the optimal installation locations.

  VI.Creation Requirements
  (I)General Requirements
  Submit 1–3 sets of creative renderings that align with the event theme,local natural environment,indigenous culture,and cultural-tourism development needs.Works must feature novel and unique forms,with strong interactivity,innovation,and visual appeal,and must be original and exclusive.
  (II)Materials
  Artists may select locally accessible materials in southern China(e.g.,bamboo,wood)or adopt traditional fabrics,silk,tensioned membranes,or metal materials.The chosen materials must not only ensure the work’s presentation effect but also meet the requirements for long-term outdoor display.
  (III)Style
  There are no restrictions on creative methods or styles;works may include sculptures,installations,light art,kinetic art,bamboo weaving,and other art forms.The key focus is on the work’s integration with the environment and its interactivity with the audience.
  (IV)Statement
  Works must be original creations by the submitting artist(group collaboration proposals are not accepted).Images generated by AI software will not be considered.The applicant is solely responsible for resolving any copyright disputes.
  (V)Specifications
  At least one dimension of the 3D work must be no less than 3 meters;dimensions may be adjusted based on the on-site environment.
  (VI)Safety
  Works must be suitable for long-term outdoor placement,feasible for implementation,and free from potential safety hazards in public spaces.
  Ⅶ.Quantity of Works
  Selected Works:10 sets/pieces will be scaled up and implemented on-site.
  Shortlisted Works:20 sets/pieces(proposal images or small-scale drafts)will be exhibited.
  Ⅷ.Creative Remuneration
  Selected Works:RMB 40,000 per piece(before tax).
  Shortlisted Works:Certificate of Honor will be awarded.
  Model Fees:The above bonuses include the production cost of the finalized small-scale model of the sculpture.The works and small-scale draft models will be permanently collected by the organizer,and the artist will receive a Certificate of Collection issued by the organizer.

  III.All selected works shall have their outcome documents copyrighted by the organizing committee.The organizing committee reserves the right to use selected works for purposes including but not limited to promotion,compilation,publication,distribution,exhibition,replication,screening,and public welfare activities.The committee also holds full rights to redesign,implement,and produce the selected works.
